Impact Recruitment are currently working with a growing packaging business based in Kimbolton who have recently expanded into a new warehouse facility. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Flexi / Bendi Driver to support warehouse operations, stock control, and goods movement within the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company offering long-term stability, yearly salary increases, and the opportunity to progress into a supervisory position.
Location: Kimbolton Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically 08:00 - 16:00 with flexibility available) Salary: Circa £31,500 per annum (Negotiable DOE) Contract: Permanent
Duties:
Operate Flexi / Bendi trucks safely within the warehouse environment
Load and unload deliveries efficiently
Move and store products accurately within warehouse locations
Support stock control and inventory accuracy using internal CRM systems
Carry out goods-in and stock logging processes
Handle products manually when required
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
Manage workload independently and prioritise tasks effectively
The ideal candidate must:
Hold a valid Flexi / Bendi forklift licence
Have previous warehouse or logistics experience
Be confident handling products manually as part of daily duties
Have good IT skills and be comfortable using warehouse or CRM systems
Be organised xwzovoh and capable of managing workload independently
Have strong attention to detail and good stock accuracy awareness
Be reliable, proactive, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
All overtime paid at 1.5x
Yearly 8% pay increase
