The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you could be:
Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
Managing behaviour and helping pupils stay engaged
Supporting students with autism, ADHD or SEMH needs
Assisting teachers during lessons
Helping maintain structure and routine in the classroom
Supporting pupils both academically and socially
We Are Looking For People Who:
Have experience working with children or young people
Can remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Communicate clearly and confidently
Are dependable and adaptable
Want to make a real impact within education
Previous school experience is beneficial, but strong transferable experience from care, coaching, mentoring or support roles is also highly valued.
What You Can Expect:
£80 - £105 per day depending on experience
Full time and part time opportunities
