Head of New Partnerships – KTS Ventures UK-based | Remote-first | Croydon 2x/month | £30–35K base + £65–75K OTE We’re on the hunt for a commercially sharp, people-savvy dealmaker to help us find and launch the next wave of high-performing recruitment entrepreneurs. This is part sales, part headhunting, part business building with real influence and real upside. Hunting down top contract recruiters across the UK • Starting meaningful conversations by phone, LinkedIn, email, and face-to-face • Building relationships that convert, now or later • Assessing commercial mindset, grit, and franchise fit • Helping partners define their niche using our Triple-Lock approach • Guiding them from first chat to signed to launched • 2+ years in recruitment, talent, or rec sales, agency or internal • You can build and nurture a long-term pipeline • Able to travel to Croydon twice a month • Comfortable working remotely and owning your pipeline Bonuses for onboarding new partners • Override on their performance in first 6 months • Remote-first with direct access to leadership Launching future business owners • Building a national network • Driving real commercial growth •
