Account Executive - Insurance High-growth SaaS scale-up delivering advanced compliance and risk solutions for regulated industries Well established across the insurance ecosystem with growing adoption from brokers, insurers and MGAs Positioned for rapid expansion across financial services, with significant investment in scaling enterprise sales Full-cycle Mid-Market Account Executive focused on driving new business across the UK insurance market and wider regulated financial institutions Hunter-led remit, owning pipeline generation, structured enterprise sales cycles and closing Mid-Market deals (£40k-£60k) Build strategic C-suite and senior stakeholder relationships across insurers, brokers, MGAs and financial institutions Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles across compliance, risk, operations and procurement Partner closely with senior commercial leadership to shape and scale the go-to-market function Experience selling into insurance or broader financial services Confident outbound operator who enjoys building pipeline from scratch Within commuting distance of London and open to hybrid working Nice to have: experience with compliance, risk, workflow, or oversight solutions; to £95,000 base salary, depending on experience Hybrid working: 2–3 days in the Central London office We connect experienced sales professionals with senior commercial opportunities across the UK .
