Experienced General Sales Manager

General Sales Manager Pybus Recruitment is working with a highly successful automotive retail business to recruit an experienced and driven Sales Manager . This is an excellent opportunity to lead a high-performing sales department within a fast-paced dealership environment. Our client is a well-established automotive group with a strong presence across the UK, offering a wide range of new and used vehicles. Contract Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000–£55,000 OTE (£65,000–£80000 basic depending on experience + bonus) Monday to Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm (one late finish to 7:00pm and a day off midweek) Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm Sunday: 11:00am–3:00pm (rota basis) This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a talented Sales Manager to lead an established team, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
