Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Field-based - North England (Newcastle & Cumbria areas) Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager Salary: £60,000 inc OTE, plus Company Car, iPad, Laptop, and Mobile Phone Have you managed a team that are out of the filed before who have consistently exceeded sales targets? part of the globally renowned Würth Group, as an Area Sales Manager and lead a high-performing team to success sales and growth within your area. Inspire and Lead: Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants across a diverse and thriving territory. Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition. Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals. Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home. Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques. Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance. Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to drive success. Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results. A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
