We’re partnering with a long-established, family-owned food and drink manufacturer to support the search for a Senior National Account Manager within their Wholesale channel. A culture driven by pride in product, long-term relationships, and customer excellence Opportunity to step into a visible leadership role with management responsibility Play a key role in shaping the continued growth of the Wholesale channel As Senior National Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of major national wholesalers such as Matthew Clark, LWC, Booker & Bestway. You’ll also lead and develop a team of 4 focused on both retention and new business, helping to drive performance, capability and commercial success across the accounts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to customers, leading from the front, and influencing both internally and externally. We are open to background in Wholesale, you could be in the Off Trade or On Trade. Managing and growing a portfolio of large national wholesale accounts Leading, coaching and developing two National Account Managers & 2 RAE's. Driving commercial performance, including growth, retention and new business activity Building strong, long-term customer relationships across multiple stakeholders Proven experience in National Account Management (Wholesale) Strong commercial acumen with experience managing or influencing P&L performance Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills Strong communication and stakeholder management capability Salary: £65,000 - £68,000pa plus bonus/£5k car allowance/Pension Ways of working - Home based - 1 day a week in Kent Feedback is extremely important, not only is it common courtesy, but we know it can help improve mental health, provide clarity, and help you improve.
