About the role

They work with asset managers and landlords to optimise building performance, reduce energy use, and improve occupier experience through a combination of engineering expertise, smart technology and building data. You’ll lead new business across the market — opening doors, building relationships, and positioning a data-led, intelligent buildings solution with senior stakeholders across commercial real estate. This is not a transactional sales role. It’s about long-term relationship building, strategic growth, and market presence. Own and deliver new business growth across commercial real estate Engage landlords, asset managers, and investors at senior level Lead complex sales cycles from first conversation through to close Expand into new portfolios, sectors, and multi-asset opportunities Represent the business externally — events, network, market presence Collaborate internally to shape compelling commercial solutions Proven track record winning new business in commercial real estate, PropTech, or adjacent sectors Strong existing network across landlords, asset managers, and investors — essential Credible operator at senior / executive level Exposure to intelligent buildings, sustainability, or building performance Experience selling data-led or operational solutions Basic Salary: £90,000 to £120,000 plus performance bonuses Hybrid working Flexible core working hours Study support and professional development Discretionary bonus and salary reviews Healthcare, life insurance and wellness programme Lifestyle perks including gym membership and cycle to work
