Account Director / Account Manager – Enterprise IT Solutions Hybrid – 3 days/week in London £50,000–£75,000 basic + Double OTE + Accelerators Permanent | Full-Time Are you a relationship-led sales professional with a track record of closing deals in managed services, professional services, or licensing? We’re supporting a boutique-feel powerhouse that competes (and wins) against the global giants. They hold the highest levels of accreditation with Microsoft and Cisco (top 1% global partner) and maintain a 60+ NPS score, which is almost unheard of at this scale. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established business in a role that is central to the company’s ambitious growth plans. The Opportunity Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts Access regular campaign-based new business activity with rich lead lists Supported by specialist sales overlays , 2-1 sales to presales function, and sales support excellence Hybrid working (3 days/week in central London) with a collaborative, high-energy team culture What You’ll Be Doing Building trusted relationships across mid-market and enterprise clients Driving new business from both inbound and campaign-led opportunities Working closely with solution experts to position value-led offerings in: Managed Services, Professional Services, Licensing (Microsoft & Cisco ecosystems) Taking ownership of revenue targets and contributing to team growth What’s in It for You ~£50K–£75K base salary depending on experience ~ OTE is double your base + incredible accelerators (2x commission, 3x 5 figure bonuses) ~ Hybrid working, with strong team culture and autonomy You’ll Bring A strong background in relationship-led B2B sales Experience selling IT/Managed services and professional solutions Comfort operating in a hybrid role : part account management, part new business Willingness to commute to London 3 days per week and be part of a tight-knit team
