What’s on offer: ~ Hybrid working once up to speed ~8:30–4:30 hours ~ Quarterly team bonus ~ Excellent benefits including private healthcare and regular social events Responsibilities of an Account Manager: Acting as the main point of contact for international distributors Preparing and managing quotations for project based enquiries Following up leads and coordinating with Territory Managers Keeping sales opportunities moving through CRM systems Building strong, long-term distributor relationships, over the phone and video meetings Supporting technical queries with internal engineering teams Requirements of an Account Manager: Previous experience within a Sales role A strong relationship builder with a resilient attitude Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple enquiries Comfortable working with CRM systems and Excel Any exposure to technical or engineered products is a bonus but not essential Experience working with distributors (not direct sales) is ideal
