With growing demand across wholesale and foodservice, the business is investing in its commercial team to accelerate distribution and become a standout premium choice within the Convenience and Impulse channel. This is a high-impact role focused on unlocking distribution, building strategic partnerships, and positioning the brand as a go-to premium choice within the UK wholesale and foodservice landscape. Build strong commercial partnerships with buyers and stakeholders at all levels. Develop and execute customer account plans and commercial strategies to unlock incremental growth. Represent the brand within the industry, identifying market trends, competitor activity and new commercial opportunities. Proven FMCG or drinks sales experience, ideally within soft drinks or branded food. Comfortable winning new business and leveraging an existing network of industry contacts. Commercially astute with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
