Sales Director (Enterprise) Post-Trade Technology | Capital Markets Location: London (Hybrid) £This is a high-impact enterprise sales role within a fast-emerging capital markets technology firm entering its next growth phase. Cross-asset workflow orchestration (not siloed solutions) Built on industry-recognised data standards Supports both traditional and emerging digital settlement models This is a pure enterprise sales position focused on originating and closing new business. Build pipeline across banks, asset managers, and fund administrators Own full sales cycle: origination → pilot → commercial rollout Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements (operations, tech, legal, front office) Position value-led transformation rather than product features 8–15 years experience in enterprise sales within capital markets technology ~ Demonstrated success in complex, consultative sales environments ~ Comfortable building pipeline from scratch (no SDR reliance) ~ Experience selling into transformation programmes vs point solutions Network across mid-tier banks and buy-side firms Experience with pilot-led sales motions Early-stage upside without early-stage risk (funded, validated, go-live imminent Opportunity to be part of a foundational commercial team
