RevOps Customer Manager / Hubspot Account Manager - Remote Who? This central Bristol tech start-up helps ambitious companies streamline their revenue operations by building smarter systems, cleaner data flows and more predictable pipelines. They specialise in creating the operational backbone that fast-growth businesses rely on. From CRM architecture and automation to lead management, attribution and reporting. As their first hire, you’ll join at a pivotal moment where the foundations still take shape and they begin to onboard some enterprise level clients. You’re a true HubSpot specialist who gets excited about mapping journeys, fixing broken processes and turning inefficiencies into opportunities. You understand how data, automation and smart system design combine to improve conversion across every stage of the funnel. Hands-on and commercially minded, you communicate clearly with clients, spotting value where others see friction and creating pathways for scalable growth. Why? This is your chance to design and own the entire RevOps setup from day one — the CRM structure, the workflows, the automation logic, the data standards and the reporting that drives decisions. You’ll work closely with founders, advising on best practice and shaping how the business delivers for clients. You’ll also have huge freedom to experiment, optimise and introduce new tools and AI-driven approaches. Expect a flexible £40-50k basic salary and bonus, a brilliant central Bristol office, profit share and building systems that make a measurable impact.
