Job Title: Area Sales Manager Location: Field-based - Scotland (majority of time in central belt)
Reporting to: Regional Sales Manager
Salary: £60,000 inc OTE, plus Company Car, iPad, Laptop, and Mobile Phone

Drive revenue through account management, customer retention, and acquisition
Ensure your team achieves monthly sales, gross profit, and KPI goals
Develop Talent: Train, coach, and mentor your team with at least 70% of your time spent in the field and 30% working from home
Establish trust with existing customers and attract new business through consultative sales techniques
Analyse and Improve: Use data to identify trends and continuously improve performance
Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams to drive success
Strong consultative sales skills and a track record of achieving results
A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure
Full UK driving license (essential) and a willingness to travel extensively (within the UK)
