Salary: £60,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Executive Head Chef to lead the food operation across two high-profile London venues within the B&I and events sector.
This role is ideal for a passionate culinary leader who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments and has experience delivering exceptional food across retail dining, hospitality, conferencing, and large-scale events.
The Role You will take full ownership of the kitchen operations across both venues, leading from the front to deliver outstanding food quality, operational excellence, and team development.
Working closely with General Managers and senior stakeholders, youll play a key role in shaping the food offering and driving standards across both sites.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the complete food operation across two London venues
Lead innovation across retail, hospitality, conferencing, and events
Deliver exceptional food experiences from daily service to VIP functions
Develop, inspire, and manage ambitious kitchen teams
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality and presentation
Manage food cost, GP, labour, and operational efficiencies
Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards
Support evening and weekend events when required
About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef within B&I, events, hotels, or high-volume hospitality
Strong background across multiple food offers including xwzovoh hospitality and banqueting
Commercially aware with strong financial management skills
Passionate about food quality, innovation, and consistency
A strong leader with excellent communication and team development skills
Flexible and adaptable within a dynamic events environment
