Entry Level Sales & Marketing - Leadership & Progression

BasePoint runs face-to-face sales and marketing campaigns for some of the UK's biggest household brands - including EE, BT, and British Gas.

The Role
This is a field-based sales and marketing position. You'll be engaging customers directly on behalf of major UK brands in residential and event environments - having real conversations, building rapport, and closing.
Day to day, you'll be:
- Engaging customers face-to-face and representing major UK brands with confidence
- Communicating products and services clearly and compellingly
- Working toward personal sales targets and tracking your own performance
- Contributing to live campaigns and developing your skills with every interaction
- Building toward leadership as you progress
The feedback is immediate. The rewards are performance-based. And no two days look the same.
Training & Development
You don't need to arrive with a polished sales technique - we'll build it with you. Every new team member goes through structured training covering:
- Face-to-face sales and customer engagement
- Objection handling and confident communication
- Brand representation and campaign delivery
- Performance tracking and leadership development
Training is ongoing. We invest in people who invest in themselves.
Progression

Who We're Looking For
No formal sales experience required. You do need:
- A natural ability to connect with people and hold a conversation
- A competitive mindset and a willingness to be coached
- Preference for active, field-based work over desk or office environments
- Full-time availability and the ability to work on-site in London
A background in retail, hospitality, events, or any customer-facing role is a strong foundation - but we've built plenty of top performers from scratch. xwzovoh
