We are looking for multiple experienced and reliable drivers to assist with Download Festival 2026, providing accessible shuttle transport around the festival site.
This is a contract we successfully run every year, and 2026 is set to be bigger than ever!

The Role:

Drivers will operate wheelchair-accessible 16-30-seater minibuses on set shuttle routes around the festival, including:
* Transport Hub
* Accessible Camping
* Main Arena Areas
Route learning and onsite support will be provided.
Drivers must be physically fit and confident assisting wheelchair passengers, including loading and securing passengers safely. Previous experience is desirable but training can be provided.

Pay Rates:

£19 per hour - Weekdays
£20 per hour - Weekends

Shift Information:

Operational hours run between 8am - 4am
Mixture of early and late shifts
In-service shifts are typically 10-12 hours

Travel & Accommodation:

Shared hotel accommodation provided
Travel to Donington Park from our Harlow depot in the minibuses
Drivers can leave their vehicles securely at Harlow depot

Thursday 11th June - Monday 15th June

Requirements:

? D1 entitlement / suitable minibus licence
? Confident driving minibuses
? Reliable and professional attitude
? Able to assist wheelchair users safely
? Flexible for shift work
