The ideal person will have/be: At least 1 year's relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environment (within Retail, Hospitality or similar).

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a minimum grade C in Maths and English Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.

Strong presentation skills i.e., well-presented application form.

Flexible, prepared to help the rest of the team in a willing and positive manner.

And if possible (but not essential) have: Previous switchboard experience would be an advantage.

2 + years relevant customer facing experience gained in a premium environment (within Retail, Hospitality or similar).

Barista trained would be an advantage.
