Provideexpertoversightonallleaseholdmattersacrossaresidentialportfolio
EnsurecompliancewithUKleaseholdlegislation,regulatorystandards,andbestpractice
Leadoncomplexlegal,tribunal,andgovernanceissuesrelatingtoleaseholdmanagement
KeyresponsibilitiesSeniorLeaseholdManager
Actastheorganisationstechnicalexpertonleaseholdlawandcaselaw
Setandrevieworganisationalprocessestocomplywiththelaw
Interpretcomplexleaseclausescoveringservicecharges,repairs,insurance,andlandlord/tenantobligations
Overseecompliancewithstatutoryconsultationrequirements(Section20)andservicechargelegislation
LeadandmanageallFirst-tierTribunal(FTT)cases,includingservicechargedisputes,leasevariations,andSection24managerapplications
Prepareandreviewtribunalsubmissions,statementsofcase,andevidentialbundles
OverseeandadviseonRighttoManage(RTM)claims,includingnoticevalidation,counter-notices,andmanagementhandovers
Supportandmanagecollectiveenfranchisementprocesses,includingqualificationandvaluationprinciples
Interfacewithlegalandvaluationexpertsonenfranchisementmatters
Providedetailedleaseanalysistoidentifyrisks,ambiguities,anddefects
Leadonleasevariationprocesses,includingstatutoryapplicationswhererequired
Supportdevelopmentofleasestandardsandgovernanceframeworks

Extensiveexperienceoflegalaspectsofleaseholdlawandregulations,includingsections20and20bandpracticalexperienceofpreparingandrepresentingcasesatTribunal(FTTandupperTribunal)andcourt
In-depthunderstandingofFTTprocessesanddisputeresolution
KnowledgeofRTM,enfranchisement,andleasevariationmechanisms
Familiaritywithservicechargeaccountingandcomplianceframeworks
