The role (aka where the magic happens)
As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you’ll be the front line of the business. First conversations. First impressions. Real responsibility from day one.
You’ll:
Run outbound campaigns across calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark conversations with decision‑makers
Learn how to hold confident, value‑driven business conversations early in your career
Qualify opportunities and book high‑quality meetings for senior sales leaders
Track your performance, test strategies, and improve fast
Feed customer insights back to marketing, product, and leadership
Represent the business at events, conferences, and wherever customers are
This is hands‑on, high‑energy, proper commercial experience — not shadowing from the sidelines.

You don’t need sales experience. You do need evidence that you know how to commit, push yourself, and succeed.

~£35,000 base salary + £15,000 OTE
