About the role
Four Corners is a leading UK distributor representing a growing portfolio of outdoor brands across categories such as apparel, footwear, and accessories. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven UK Sales Representative to lead and grow our B2B sales channel nationwide. This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with key retailers, driving revenue growth, expanding distribution, and elevating brand presence across the UK market.
Sales & New Business Development
Manage and grow sales across independent retailers, regional chains, and national accounts
Develop and execute seasonal sales strategies to deliver against revenue, margin, and distribution targets
Account Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with key retail buyers and stakeholders
Conduct regular account reviews to maximize performance and opportunities
Support retailers with product training, merchandising, and sell-through strategies
Brand Representation
Act as the primary ambassador for multiple outdoor brands in the UK
Ensure consistent brand presentation across all retail touchpoints
Coordinate with marketing to support in-store activations, events, and campaigns
Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets
Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within outdoor, sports, or lifestyle brands
Demonstrated ability to scale B2B retail accounts to deliver measurable sales growth
Proven ability to identify, prospect and convert high-value retail targets into long-term B2B partners
Experience managing national retail accounts in the UK
Strong understanding of the UK outdoor retail landscape
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Passion for outdoor pursuits is highly desirable
Proficiency in Excel and using CRM software, with aptitude for learning new digital tools
Full UK driving license
Willingness to travel extensively across the UK
Represent a broad portfolio of respected outdoor brands
High autonomy and ownership of the UK sales strategy
