Sales Manager (Energy Intelligence) 12–14 Month Fixed Term Contract · London Hybrid Start mid-August 2025 London (3 days office) £This is a 12–14 month fixed term contract with a specialist energy market intelligence business, a well-established provider of subscription data, analytics and advisory across upstream oil & gas, offshore and new energy markets. You'll step in as a player-coach: leading a global sales team of approximately 7 across the UK, US and Singapore, while carrying your own individual revenue target. You'll report directly to the CEO and have genuine influence on commercial direction for the duration of the contract. Day-to-day leadership of a global sales team of ~7, driving performance and accountability Commercial strategy input alongside the CEO from day one Senior client relationships across energy markets Background in commodity or energy intelligence Hands-on experience leading a sales team of 2+ people Formal management, team lead, or player-coach A hunter at heart: you're comfortable picking up the phone, opening doors, and closing deals yourself Subscription sales experience is key, you understand the renewal cycle and what drives client retention Interim or FTC experience is a bonus, not a requirement Private medical insurance – Company pension – 25 days holiday – Cycle to Work scheme If you've led a sales team in commodity or energy intelligence and know how to sell as well as manage, this is worth a conversation.
