We are now seeking a proactive and well-organised Key Account Manager to join our Customer Success function. As one of the UK’s most innovative parking and technology companies, we deliver bespoke, forward-thinking car park management solutions to a wide range of businesses across the UK. The Key Account Manager plays an important role in growing our estate value. Collaborative, driven and commercial, you will help design, and personally execute, strategic client growth plans to achieve your KPIs. These KPIs will focus on successfully cross-selling new products and services, upselling to secure new business and improving terms on existing contracts. With support from the Head of Customer Strategy, design and execute strategic client growth plans which drive long-term sustainable revenue streams for Intelli-Park whilst increasing client satisfaction. Stay close to your clients so you can identify and share any emerging risks or threats within the industry or competitor landscape. Act as the voice of the client internally when discussing service or product improvements; Stay informed about Intelli-Park products, services, and innovations to provide proactive solutions which add value to your clients. Drive efficiency within the management of your portfolio by identifying opportunities to automate internal tasks and to improve client-facing processes. Contribute to the design of, and then execute, client contact plans that keep clients engaged and aware of the unique value we provide. Develop a positive personal brand across our business by fully embracing our VISTA values, every day, in every interaction. Contribute positively within team meetings and wider business meetings, striving to deliver service excellence to our clients and internal stakeholders. Present updates internally to keep account plans on-track. Consistently achieve monthly sales and service KPIs including revenue growth, acquisition and CSAT. challenge existing client contracts and identify areas of opportunity and risk. Be innovative and agile when results are below expectation; Be proactive in interrogating our reporting tools and systems so that you understand and exploit the resources available to improve site and portfolio performance. Take responsibility for manging risks within your portfolio by identifying, flagging and resolving any issues, complaints or competitor threats. Astute commercial professional with proven experience as a Key Account Manager (minimum 2 years) Excellent presentation skills, able to deliver a compelling sales message and influence clients and colleagues. Proven track-record in achieving challenging commercial KPIs. Strong working knowledge of account management principles and motivated to transferring this knowledge to others. Confident in Microsoft Office and other digital tools. Effective time-management and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence. Head of Customer Success We operate a hybrid, flexible working policy with opportunities to work from home. Standard hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm , though flexibility may be required to meet business and client needs.
