Regional Sales Manager - Work From Home

Area Sales Manager – Ground Support & Propping We’re partnering with an established specialist business operating within ground support, propping and temporary works solutions, supporting contractors and engineering teams across complex construction projects. This is a senior, field based technical sales role, focused on developing long term client relationships and supporting projects from early enquiry through to delivery. The position combines technical understanding with commercial responsibility, operating closely with site teams, engineers and decision makers. This is not a purely transactional sales role. You’ll be trusted to advise on the right solution for each project, act as a technical sounding board for clients, and manage opportunities through to completion. Manage and grow a portfolio of live accounts and construction projects across the region Engage with contractors, engineers, consultants and procurement teams Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions aligned to project requirements Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver against agreed targets Keep CRM records accurate and up to date Proven sales experience within construction, engineering or a technical environment Confidence operating in a client facing, consultative sales role Strong communication and relationship building skills Competent using CRM systems and standard office software ➕ Existing relationships with contractors, engineers or project teams Field based role covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, West London, Sussex and Hampshire Occasional overnight stays for meetings or training
