Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing flagship team Drive KPIs, productivity, and commercial performance Deliver exceptional client engagement and luxury service Build and manage VIP client relationships Drive CRM activity, appointments, and repeat business Support appointments and VIP client experience Maintain exceptional visual and operational standards Identify opportunities to maximise trading performance Lead from the front with a hands on management style Candidate Profile Previous experience within a premium, luxury, or high-volume retail environment as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Store Manager. Proven ability to drive commercial performance within a fast-paced flagship or high-footfall location Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing large teams Commercially astute, operationally strong, and highly customer focused Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills Adaptable, hands on, and confident operating within a dynamic retail environment Offering Salary circa £40,000 to £50,000 dependent on experience Competitive monthly and annual bonus structure Comprehensive benefits package including travel allowance Strong career development opportunities
