About the role
You’ll be joining a SaaS business operating in the AI and eCommerce space with a product that already works.
The founders and sales team are strong closers, the challenge right now is consistent pipeline generation. This is a pure SDR role focused on building pipeline and booking quality demos, not just hitting activity metrics.
Strong base salary + uncapped commission with strong earning potential
Modern outbound stack (Apollo, Smartlead, AI tooling, HubSpot)
Real ownership in building outbound from the ground up
Build targeted prospect lists within the eCommerce space
Use AI tools to personalise outreach at scale
Book high-quality demos for the closing team
Own and manage HubSpot, keeping pipeline, activities, and data clean and up to date
3-5 years experience in an SDR role within SaaS
~ Strong understanding of CRM hygiene and pipeline management
~ Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day workflow
~ Strong communication skills, clear, concise, commercial
~ Experience targeting eCommerce brands
Exposure to AI or automation tools
Most SDR roles are volume-driven with average products. You’re stepping into a setup where the product is proven, the sales team converts, and your work directly drives revenue.
