They're looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of key schemes.
This role offers a great step up for someone looking to take on more responsibility while continuing to develop towards QS level.
The Role You'll work closely with a Senior QS, supporting the commercial management of projects and gradually taking ownership of key tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with cost control, forecasting and reporting
* Preparation of valuations and applications for payment
* Subcontractor procurement, orders and account management
* Supporting with variations, compensation events and change management
* Assisting with CVRs and financial reporting
* Liaising with site teams and subcontractors Requirements
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Assistant QS role within civils or utilities
* Understanding of NEC contracts (desirable)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
