We are recruiting on behalf of the beautiful of a luxury hotel for a Chef de Partie to join the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected luxury hospitality group within one of East Sussexs most charming and characterful properties.
The kitchen is looking for a strong, reliable and passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working with quality fresh ingredients in a professional but supportive environment.
Live in accommodation is available at just £300 per month, making this an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to relocate or secure affordable accommodation in a beautiful coastal part of the country.
Please note the accommodation is located a few miles away, so driving would be highly beneficial.
The Role Running your own section during service
Preparing and delivering high-quality fresh food
Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
Supporting senior chefs and junior members of the brigade
Working within a professional and organised kitchen environment
Contributing to consistency, quality and smooth service
The Ideal Candidate Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie
Fresh food background preferred
Passionate about quality xwzovoh ingredients and hospitality
Calm and organised under pressure
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Driving licence preferred due to accommodation location
Package £34,000 salary
