Enterprise Sales Account Manager Location: London (Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in office)
Salary: £55 - 75k base (dependent on experience) + commission
A competitive base salary with a generous commission

We’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Account Manager to join Rockborne’s high-performing commercial team. This is not a traditional account management role, around 70% of your time will be spent winning new enterprise clients, with the remaining 30% focused on growing and expanding existing accounts.
You’ll manage the full sales lifecycle across Rockborne’s end-to-end consultancy offering, from initial outreach through to closing deals and seeing consultants deployed or programmes delivered. With the support of a strong SDR team, you’ll still be expected to bring your own network, ideas, and commercial creativity to the table.

Win and grow accounts through a consultative, value-led sales approach
Sell Rockborne’s full offering: embedded consultants, training programmes, and consulting projects
Collaborate with SDRs, delivery, training, and senior leadership teams
Stay close to developments in the data and analytics market to speak credibly with clients
Represent Rockborne through in-person meetings, events, and industry networking
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally selling services or consulting solutions
Confidence running full sales cycles and navigating senior stakeholder conversations
Interest or experience in the data, analytics, or tech space (knowledge can be developed)
