Sales Manager – 5* Housebuilder Location: Salary: up to £65,000 basic + £90,000 OTE + car allowance A brilliant opportunity has come up to join a leading 5* housebuilder as a Sales Manager, overseeing developments across Essex. This is a business with a real reputation for quality — both in the homes they build and the way they look after their people. We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager from within the housebuilding industry who leads with empathy as well as drive — someone who enjoys bringing the best out of their team, building trust with customers, and creating a sales experience people genuinely remember. You'll be part of a close-knit Sales and Marketing team, reporting directly to the Sales Director. Leading, mentoring, and championing your on-site Sales Consultants — helping them grow and feel supported. Shaping sales strategies and guiding developments smoothly from launch through to completion. New homes sales experience at Sales Manager level with a volume housebuilder (unfortunatly agents or sales advisors won't be considered at this time). A full UK driving licence, and flexibility to work some weekends (with time back in the week).
