About the role

A creative content and experience agency is hiring an Account Director to take ownership of day to day delivery across a major enterprise technology client. Projects span branding, physical design, office activations, floor redesigns, explainer videos and bespoke installations. Location: Hybrid. London office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday preferred. Running projects end to end from initial conversations through to final delivery Working closely with internal creative and production teams across experiential outputs Supporting commercial discussions including scope definition and statements of work At least 4 years experience in a content, creative, marketing or client services role Proven experience owning projects end to end, not just supporting delivery Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within large enterprise or big tech clients Experience briefing designers, producers or content teams Understanding of commercial delivery and revenue-driven targets Experience working with enterprise technology brands such as global software or cloud providers Agency or consultancy background Experience supporting senior leaders or executive communications Interest in how AI or emerging technology supports content delivery Ownership of a high-profile enterprise technology account ~ Creative, varied work beyond standard presentation delivery ~ A role built on trust, autonomy and long-term client relationships If you’re confident managing enterprise stakeholders, enjoy shaping solutions from ambiguity, and want a role combining account ownership with hands-on project delivery, this is a strong next step.
