The Role
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys building professional relationships, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is confident communicating with senior-level contacts. The role combines strong interpersonal skills with the ability to stay organised, work at pace, and consistently deliver results.
Main Duties
Drive attendance for the events by identifying and engaging suitable senior professionals through proactive outreach.
Carry out consistent outreach activity through phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and ongoing follow-up with prospective attendees.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers using Salesforce, historical attendee data, target account lists, and approved lead sources.
Engage confidently with key decision-makers, gaining an understanding of their business needs and demonstrating the benefits of attending the events.
Maintain accurate CRM records, updating all communications, progress, risks, and next actions in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with internal departments including sales, marketing, operations, and portfolio teams to support event success.
Provide onsite support during events when needed, helping attendees manage schedules and ensuring a positive experience.
About You
Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with senior executives across multiple channels.
Strong networking and relationship-management abilities, with the capability to build credibility quickly.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in an outbound environment with regular prospecting activity.
Positive and determined, with the resilience to handle challenges, objections, and slow response rates.
Well organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Able to manage time independently and focus on activities that directly contribute to recruitment targets.
Experienced or comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate reporting.
Commercially curious, with an interest in different industries and business challenges.
Team-oriented and able to collaborate effectively with a range of internal stakeholders.
Previous exposure to events, sales, recruitment, account management, or customer service environments would be beneficial but is not required.
