Regional Sales Manager - Remote H/F

* Market-leading orthopaedic portfolio with new product launches * Opportunity to step into first line management * Excellent progression into senior leadership roles * Autonomous field-based sales & leadership position THE ROLE: As Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive orthopaedic implant sales across the North West & North Wales, selling plates, screws, nails and fixation systems. You'll work with surgeons, scrub teams and procurement while managing 2 Clinical Specialists and 1 Clinical Manager. Field based 3-4 days per week with a focus on coaching performance and growing accounts. YOUR CAREER: Strong progression opportunities with potential to move into National Sales Manager or Sales Director roles as part of succession planning. THE PERSON: Orthopaedic sales experience and existing surgeon relationships required. Leadership experience beneficial but not essential. PACKAGE: £65k-75k basic + £25k uncapped OTE, £650 car allowance/EV scheme, pension, gym & benefits.
