The role
As a Landlord & Tenant/Valuation Surveyor you will be working with a loyal client base looking after a diverse portfolio. The role covers two areas
Lease Advisory
- Advising landlord and tenant clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, break clauses, surrenders, and re-gears
- Interpreting lease terms, statutory provisions, and case law to provide accurate technical advice
- Analysing market comparables, rental evidence, and valuation data to support negotiations
- Preparing detailed reports and recommendations for lease events
- Managing critical date diaries and ensuring timely action on all events
- Assisting with dispute resolution including submissions for arbitration or expert determination
- Working closely with the property management and commercial agency teams
Valuation
- Delivering RICS Red Book valuations across commercial and residential assets including retail, office, industrial, and development sites
- Undertaking non-secured lending valuations for a range of clients
- Carrying out inspections, measurements, and market research to support detailed reporting
- Managing a varied caseload with accuracy and adherence to deadlines
- Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
What you will need
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in landlord and tenant and/or valuation work
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Confident report writer with excellent attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage a varied caseload under your own initiative

£60,000–£70,000 depending on experience, plus:
