Technical Account Manager (Microsoft Technologies) UK Remote £We’re partnering with a growing technology consultancy that’s looking to hire an Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of existing clients, focused on relationship management, delivery alignment, and account growth. This is a UK‑wide remote role , with occasional client interaction and collaboration with internal delivery teams. This is a client-facing Account Manager position where you’ll sit between the customer and delivery teams, ensuring strong relationships, smooth project execution, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. You’ll manage a small portfolio (6–7 clients) , giving you the space to build meaningful relationships while having a clear focus on quality and long-term value . Support delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes Take accountability for overall account health and growth Run regular account reviews and strategic conversations Identify opportunities to expand services within accounts Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure projects stay aligned to client expectations Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to clients Support renewals, proposals, and commercial discussions Spot “white space” opportunities to drive long-term account growth Proven experience as an Account Manager / Client Manager Demonstrated success in growing existing accounts (upsell / cross-sell) Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills Some project management or coordination experience Commercial awareness with a consultative approach Experience working within a technology, SaaS, or consultancy environment Exposure to the Microsoft ecosystem is highly desirable (e.g. Dynamics, Power Platform, Data, AI)
