About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager with a point of view, a bit of graft, and a genuine appetite to grow. This is a role with real opportunity to grow and progress. You'll be the connective asset between our clients and our creative team: managing relationships, projects, timelines, and budgets across a varied roster of branding, design, animation and communications work.
Day-to-day you'll own client comms, run project coordination, write briefs, track deliverables, and keep things moving without losing the energy and quality that Hey! You’ll be picking up the strategic and commercial thinking that makes good account management genuinely valuable.
We are a studio that punches well above its size. 3–4 years minimum experience in a creative agency or studio environment
~ Strong client management instincts, you know how to hold a relationship and hold a deadline
~ Comfortable writing client-facing communications, project briefs, proposals and reports
~ Confident managing multiple projects at once without dropping the ball
~ We're a small team with big energy
