UK Sales Executive – Hotels & Spa Partnerships Location: Edinburgh (Office-Based + UK Travel)

Avant Skincare is an internationally recognised luxury skincare brand, partnering with premium retailers, luxury hotels, spas, and hospitality destinations worldwide. We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven UK Sales Executive to expand our presence within the UK hotel, hospitality, and spa sector .
We are seeking an experienced salesperson with a proven track record of successfully selling into hotels and hospitality groups , ideally within luxury amenities, beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, or premium lifestyle sectors .
Based from our Edinburgh office , this role combines office-based work with regular travel across the UK to meet hotel decision-makers, spa directors, procurement teams, and hospitality partners.
You will be responsible for driving growth of Avant Skincare’s luxury hotel amenities and spa range across the UK hospitality market.
Developing new business opportunities within luxury hotels, boutique hotels, hotel groups, and spas
Building strong relationships with hotel General Managers, Procurement Teams, Spa Directors, and key decision-makers
Presenting and selling Avant’s hotel amenities collection and luxury spa offering
Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to onboarding and account growth
Identifying opportunities for long-term partnerships and account expansion
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong commercial experience to the business.
Minimum 3–4 years of proven B2B sales experience selling successfully into hotels or hospitality
Experience within hotel amenities, luxury beauty, skincare, spa, wellness, hospitality, or related sectors preferred
Demonstrable success in winning accounts and delivering sales growth
Existing hotel network preferred
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel across the UK for meetings and business development
Full UK driving licence preferred
Competitive salary (£38,000 – £45,000 DOE)
