Territory Sales Manager

Excellent opportunity with a global medical device manufacturer within a growing neurosurgery division. This field-based role focuses on driving sales growth across NHS hospitals, working closely with neurosurgeons, consultants, theatre teams and procurement to increase product adoption and market share. Responsibilities include account management, new business development, in-theatre support, product demonstrations, strategic account planning and educational activity.

Territory: London & South East

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 + bonus + company car

Requirements:

· 2+ years' neurosurgery experience essential in sales or as a clinical specialist

· Proven NHS theatre sales background

· Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

· Successful track record winning and growing accounts

· Full UK driving licence

Package:

· £50k-£60k DOE + £24k OTE
