About the Role
With continued growth in the UK market they are looking for Product Specialist to represent their product range directly to farmers. If you enjoy a mix of time on-farm and in the office, understand sheep and cattle operations and get a real buzz from closing deals that genuinely help farmers – this could be your next move!
Responsibilities
- Selling sheep and cattle handling systems direct to farmers
- Managing the full sales cycle - enquiries, site visits, quotes and follow-up through to fulfilment
- Become a true product expert across their range of products
- Owing your opportunities from start to finish
- Building long term customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral sales
- Keeping CRM records up to date and following sales processes
Regular travel is part of the role, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys being on the road and hands-on with farmers in the field.
Qualifications
A proven sales background within agriculture with solid results.
Required Skills
- You are commercially sharp, people focused and comfortable working independently
- A passion for agriculture and rural communities
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- High motivation, resilience and a “get it done” attitude
- A competitive edge – you like winning and pushing for more
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £60,000 - £85,000 DOE, bonus scheme, company car
