Sales and Senior Sales Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches or fine jewellery. Strong sales drive paired with a genuine, client-first mindset. Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness. Fluent in English, with additional languages highly beneficial. Sales Consultant: £29,000 - £40,000, with attractive sales commission. Supervisor: From £35,000-£40,000, with attractive sales commission and bonus. Assistant Manager: £42,000–£50,000 plus bonus. Boutique Manager: £45,000–£65,000 plus bonus.
