About the role

We’re now looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of a high-profile manufacturing client, driving performance, innovation, and long-term partnership value. This is a full-time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday on-site across our Dagenham primarily with occasional travel to our Dunton location. The salary for this role is £35,000 – £40,000, depending on experience, plus a company car and benefits. This is more than account management — you’ll own and evolve a strategic client relationship. Lead a flagship client account — ensuring retention, growth, and commercial performance Own service delivery performance, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance Spot growth opportunities and introduce new solutions that add value Analyse data & MI to drive better decision-making and client insight Continuous service optimisation High retention and growth within the account Experience in account management, contracts, or operational delivery Exposure to waste management and have a solid understanding of this background Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability Comfortable working with data, reporting and performance insights Full UK driving licence We’re building something meaningful — and we invest in our people to grow with us.
