The Business Manager will be responsible for leading and growing our dedicated Energy business sector in the UK. As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in developing your business scope with both a strategic and operational approach. Business Development Identify, develop and manage a client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities in the UK energy sector. Ensure their integration, coaching, and career development. Monitor project delivery, analyse performance, and adjust strategy accordingly. Support engineers’ skills development and ensure their professional growth. You will have 8 years experience consulting to the renewable energy sector, providing engineering solutions. ✔ Hold a valid driving license to visit clients.
