Job Description ASN Support Worker Bank Pay: £13.45 per hour A full UK Manual driving licence is required and we are unable to offer sponsorship for this vacancy. New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people’s records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role. Furthermore as a Support Worker every moment you spend with our young people helps them feel safe, valued and supported. a shared laugh over a board game or encouragement during a tough moment - these small interactions build trust and shape lives. As a Children's Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities. Ensure our children receive the highest level of support Complete and update care plans regularly, updating with any additional requirements Be part of a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects We benefit from beautiful grounds and greetings from the local sheep. Our young people are very active, enjoying football, Karate, wild swimming and walks in the outdoors. It is never a dull day and there is often lots of laughter to be heard, whether it's from joking around, pranks or games involving the staff too. The team at Drumbank are dedicated to providing the best care and outcomes for our young people.
