Care Team Leader – Supported Living Services

Pay - £14.50ph 

Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

Working alongside our Service Manager, you’ll help shape the day-to-day delivery of person-centred care, support your team’s development, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support.

Your Role

As a Care Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding care
  • Ensure people we support live fulfilling, independent lives
  • Support recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, professionals, and families
  • Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Care Team Leaders or Senior Support Workers with NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care
  • Passionate Care Assistants or Carers ready to take the next step in their career
