ContractManagement: Manageandmonitorexternalliftandelectricalcontractors.EnsureKPIsaremet,conductregularsiteaudits,andreviewinsuranceandengineeringinspectionreports.
Budget&ProjectOversight: Forecastandcontrolbudgetsforday-to-dayrepairs,routineservicing,andmajorcapitalmodernizationprojects.
Breakdown&IncidentResponse: Coordinateresponseteamsforliftentrapmentsandelectricalemergencies.
StakeholderEngagement: Communicateeffectivelywithresidents,buildingoccupants,andinternalleadershipregardingservicestandardsandplannedworks.
EssentialQualifications&Requirements
TechnicalQualifications: AnNVQLevel3inLift&EscalatorEngineering,orarecognizedelectrical/mechanicalengineeringequivalent.
IndustryExperience: Extensivebackgroundintheliftandescalatorindustrywithpriorsupervisoryorteam-managementexperience. xwzovoh
ComplianceKnowledge: Up-to-dateknowledgeofUKliftingandelectricallegislation,plusaworkingunderstandingoftheBuildingSafetyAct.
