Key Responsibilities for a Charge Nurse

Lead and coordinate nursing care within the neurological unit.
Support, supervise, and guide nurses and healthcare staff across the service.
Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and effective care.

About You

Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Strong experience within neurological or complex respiratory care at Senior Nurse, Ward Sister or Charge Nurse level.
Competent in tracheostomy, ventilator, PEG, catheter, and complex clinical care.
