Catering Manager – Iconic Listed Venue – North London – Salary £40,000 - £45,000

We are excited to be working with a stunning Grade II listed venue who is looking for an experienced catering manage to join their busy team.
You will be responsible for managing all catering concessions across the venue as well as overseeing all events, exhibitions and on site offers. We are seeking a motivated individual with previous catering management experience in a busy environment.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Management of the catering offer across the venue
Maintain a high standard of operation across the concessions and events
Manage and oversee events where catering support is required
Work closely with the wider team to ensure the catering offer is well received
Develop and training of the junior team
Liaising with clients regarding their event catering requirements
Monitor and order stock
EXPERIENCE:
Experience managing bars, cafes and concessions
Stock xwzovoh control
Budget management and cost control
Excellent communication skills
Team player with a positive approach to work
Catering experience within a similar large event environment
Food hygiene level 2 is essential
