About the role
CX Sales Specialist (Mid–Senior Level) Aldgate & Fully Remote | £40-70k (Double OTE - Potentially More) + £5,000 Car Allowance
We’re working with a leading managed services and communications provider delivering cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, and customer experience solutions to organisations across the UK. With continued investment in CX technologies and transformation services, the business is expanding its specialist sales capability across both mid-market and enterprise environments.
The Role(s):
This is a customer-facing, consultative sales role focused on driving growth across a portfolio of CX solutions, including CCaaS, CPaaS , and broader Contact Centre technologies. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll support customers through the full sales lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions through to negotiation and close, while working closely with internal sales, marketing, and transformation teams.
The role is available at both mid-level and senior level, with salary and package aligned to experience, solution expertise, and enterprise sales capability.
Mid-Level CX Sales Specialist: Up to £40,000 basic (£80-100k OTE)+ £5,000 car allowance
Senior CX Sales Specialist: Up to £70,000 basic + (£140-200k OTE) + £5,000 car allowance

What we’re looking for:
CX / UC sales experience: Background selling CCaaS, CPaaS, Contact Centre, or UC solutions
Consultative sales ability: Experience managing full solution-led sales cycles
Enterprise customer engagement: Ability to present and influence at senior stakeholder level
Solution knowledge: Understanding of technologies such as WFO, AI, Recording, and broader CX platforms
Pipeline management: Ability to build, forecast, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Vendor and partner exposure: Experience working with technology vendors and channel partners
