The Role & Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a commercially driven senior member to play a pivotal role in scaling our Social Commerce and TikTok Shop offering.

Reporting into the Head of Social Commerce, you will act as a senior leader within the team- owning key client relationships, shaping strategy, and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of brands.

This is a highly strategic and client-facing role, working directly with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers to position TikTok Shop as a core revenue channel within their business.

You will combine deep platform expertise with strong commercial acumen, leading both the strategic direction and operational excellence of client programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior strategic lead across a portfolio of TikTok Shop clients, building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Define and deliver best-in-class social commerce strategies that drive GMV growth, profitability and long-term client value
  • Own commercial performance across accounts, including revenue and ROI
  • Lead new business opportunities, including pitches, proposals and the development of scalable commercial models
  • Oversee end-to-end TikTok Shop operations, ensuring excellence across storefronts, product merchandising, campaigns and trading moments
  • Drive creator and affiliate strategies, building scalable programmes that deliver consistent, measurable revenue impact
  • Identify and unlock growth opportunities across organic content, paid and live shopping
  • Establish and optimise processes, frameworks and test-and-learn programmes to continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid, Creative, Influencer and Strategy teams to deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns
  • Support and mentor team members, contributing to the build and scale of a high-performing Social Commerce function
  • Act as a leader internally and externally, keeping the agency and clients ahead of TikTok Shop trends and developments
  • Contribute to marketing, events and thought leadership to position the agency as a leader in TikTok Shop

Skills & Experience

  • 5-8+ years’ experience in social commerce, eCommerce, digital or influencer marketing, with a strong commercial track record
  • Proven, hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (agency, brand or platform side), including trading, optimisation and creator ecosystems
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and confidence presenting to C-level decision makers
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage revenue targets, forecasts and performance metrics (GMV, CVR, ROI)
  • Deep understanding of content, creators and paid media within a commerce context
  • Experience leading or mentoring team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear strategic actions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable building new processes, products and ways of working

Compensation:

£52,000-£60,000 DOE + competitive bonus scheme
