Field Sales Executive
Territory: London
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Commission

The Role
As an Field Sales Executive , you will take full ownership of your territory, driving revenue growth through strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will play a vital role within the sales team and benefit from structured onboarding, ongoing development, and strong leadership support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a defined territory, developing new and existing business relationships with hospitals and suppliers
- Develop strong technical knowledge of products and services through formal training and in‑field learning
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Deliver agreed KPIs and objectives to earn performance‑related commission
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships at all levels
- Communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders
- Track, manage, and progress sales projects and opportunities
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams through cross‑functional working
- Coordinate regional activity including area meetings, product demonstrations, installations, logistics support, and educational events
- Share best practice and contribute to the wider success of the sales team
Requirements
- Full UK Driving License
